My Teaching and Learning Philosophy

For me, teaching provides an opportunity for long-life  learning. I  hope  to bring an open minded, positive attitude and high expectations to the classroom everyday. I also hope that I could inspire and encourages all my students to study smart and achieve their goals.

Personal contact with students is essential to my approach. Many need encouragement to talk to their teachers, so I emphasize my ability for informal discussion and my willingness to help them to find way to solve any problems. My experience as a teacher is greatly enriched by this contact with students.

A teacher should be totally involved with the class, dedicated to student and be prepared to devote time and energy for them. Love for teaching evokes passion and dedication. The enthusiasism of a motivated teacher rubs off on his/her students, who derive the inspiration and encouragement which actuate their desire to learn.
